Our organization is way more than the wonderful events that we host throughout the year. We provide a variety of resources for visitors, new residents, new and existing businesses, organizations, and individuals!
Information Center
Our office serves as an information center where everyone is welcome to stop in and pick up brochures from local service providers and attractions, or ask any question you may have regarding our small community. We have access to numerous resources for individuals seeking information to start a business or help market their current one.
Community-Based
We are a non-profit organization funded by business and community member memberships, sponsorships, donations, fundraising, and the City of Bedford. While growth remains our main goal, sustainability has become a priority within our organization. Through the implementation of spend local campaigns, we hope to bring awareness to our entire community about the importance of supporting the businesses we do have, which in turn will inspire others to open new ones.
Promotional Assistance
Social media, email marketing, and a variety of print sources give us the ability to help members target a wide range of potential customers and/or guests for their business, event, or organization. We encourage our members to reach out to us when promotional assistance is needed so that we can help establish a plan of action and ultimately inform as many people as possible of their efforts.

This is an opportunity to make an investment in your community. Bedford needs all our businesses and individuals to work cooperatively toward common goals and purposes. You can accomplish this by supporting the Bedford Area Chamber. Be a partner in progress…invest in Bedford. Funds derived from membership, the efforts put forth by the board and director. Including new projects, signage, advertising, and collaborative efforts.
Who are Members?
Bedford Area Chamber members are individuals, families, students, businesses, organizations, churches—any individual or group of individuals interested in making the Bedford Area a more vital, vibrant, interesting, organized community. Through membership dues, event/activity sponsorships, and volunteering time and expertise, much can be done to improve numerous aspects of life in Bedford.
